Shawna, Owner
Shawna has been teaching pilates since 2015 and completed her original training through Club Pilates, a 500-hour comprehensive program covering all apparatus, and holds her NPCP. Her goal is to make exercise a part of our community’s daily routine by making it fun and convenient! She believes in fearless movement and uses current best practices from the ACSM and ACOG to develop a balanced fitness program that incorporates strength, flexibility, and control. She believes pilates is the answer to getting into the best shape of your life! Shawna has also completed her TRX certification, PSM Foundations, and 2.0, and continues her education each year, loving the Pilates conferences sponsored by Balanced Body. She is highly proficient in prenatal and postnatal care, as well as pelvic floor care.

Tiana, General Manager
Tiana has been teaching pilates since 2020 and holds her National Certification. She is a seasoned General Manager with a master's degree in Criminal Justice, transitioned from a career in criminal justice to full-time fitness after finding solace and empowerment in Pilates during the pandemic. She now advocates for strength training and Pilates, inspiring and transforming clients with her intense classes aimed at personal growth and resilience.

Gyselle, Brand Coordinator
Gyselle is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned a Master's degree in Marketing. Combining her passion for digital marketing with her love of Pilates, Gyselle thrives in her role as the Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager at IBP.
