Yes—Flow is a requirement for all new clients. It’s designed to introduce you to our equipment, class structure, and core movements so you feel confident moving forward—everyone starts here!

If you’re on the waitlist, there’s a good chance you’ll get in—especially for early morning classes. If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added to the class and notified. If you no longer plan to attend, be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist before bed to avoid late cancel fees.
