We’d like to kindly remind everyone who books classes through ClassPass that our studio does not have direct access to ClassPass accounts or their system. This means that if you encounter any booking issues or account errors, you’ll need to contact ClassPass Customer Support directly so they can assist you in resolving the matter. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes or troubleshoot within their platform.

However, we do encourage you to consider purchasing a membership directly through In Balance Pilates — doing so gives you full access to all member benefits, smoother scheduling, and the complete studio experience that many ClassPass users have found limited.
