Our certified instructors are here to guide you through every shake and pulse, helping you feel confident from day one.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in and familiar with the studio. Wear something comfortable you can move and stretch in.

    If you have any injuries or anything we should know about, let your instructor know before class.

  • Grip socks aren’t required, but we highly recommend them for extra grip and stability. Bring your own or grab a pair at the studio.

    Don’t forget your water bottle!
