Responsibilities
As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead dynamic and engaging classes for clients of all skill levels, providing guidance on proper form and technique to ensure safe and effective movement. You’ll have the opportunity to create personalized workout plans tailored to individual goals while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and welcoming environment where clients feel empowered and inspired.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a Certified Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping clients move, feel, and live better. The ideal candidate has experience working with individuals of all levels and abilities, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as we value instructors who build meaningful connections and empower clients through every session.
Location
We’re hiring at our Central, Bear Canyon, and Oro Valley studio locations! Whether you're passionate about movement, community, or helping others feel their best, we’d love to connect. Join our growing team and be a part of the energy that makes each studio special.
Schedule
This is a part-time position with flexible hours—perfect for those looking to balance work with other commitments. There’s also potential for permanent employment based on performance and availability, making it a great opportunity to grow with our team.
