IBP X FitCultr Community Event!

Join In Balance Pilates and FIT CULTR for a FREE community workout where control meets intensity and mobility meets muscle.

Enjoy us for 25 minutes of intentional, core-focused Pilates led by IBP, followed by 25 minutes of high-energy strength training led by FIT CULTR — the perfect fusion of stability and power.

This event is free and open to all fitness levels.
